Here are some examples of special events we allow at our space:
Birthday Parties
Birthday parties are a great way to celebrate with friends and family. What better way to make it even more memorable than by hosting the party at an indoor playroom like recessROOM? Birthday parties at an recessROOM are fun for all ages, especially if you’re looking for something different from the typical party fare. RecessROOM is the perfect place to host your birthday party. Recess is a fun, relaxed environment that all kids love to be in. Whether you want to invite friends or have just a family birthday party, we have 10 different fun configurations to choose from! instead of another generic party with a glorified piñata and oodles of sugar, imagine each kid (even the big ones) playing games that reinforce social and emotional skills while still providing plenty of memorable fun
Corporate Parties and Team Building Events
The recessROOM is the perfect place for team-building and/or corporate events. It promotes morale, creativity, and collaboration among team members because who hasn’t wanted to bounce off a trampoline with their coworkers? We’ll personally design the perfect experience for your company… the only limit is your imagination!Give something new a try. You’re probably thinking, “Why would I have a corporate party at an indoor playroom?” Well, corporate parties are a great way to build team morale. Team building events are also a great way to build team morale. We’re incredibly flexible with how we handle corporate or team building events as they can be staff-led by us and our partners or 100% free-play so your team can explore the recessROOM and unleash their inner child while they’re on break from work! You’ll wonder why you haven’t been doing this all along. We specialize in designing indoors or outdoors field days for you and your team. Our space is also extra family friendly, so you can even ask your team to bring the family as well. Staff team building is a great way to break the ice and help groups collaborate while they’re away from the office. Team building doesn’t have to be an uncomfortable experience. Recharge with recess!
Day Care / Play Group Visits
Day care and play group organizers providers can also bring their groups to play. This is a great opportunity to expose the children you care for to new social experiences and encourage them to be more independent. We’ve provided everything you need and design the space with age-appropriate activities to entertain all the kids you bring during your visit. You may also consider bringing your own children or parents to the playroom, as it will make the space feel like an extension of home and help everyone feel comfortable while they’re there.
Group Outings
Group outings are a great way to spend time with friends and family. You can all gather at your favorite indoor playroom, enjoy some pizza, and let loose. There are lots of different groups who would enjoy an indoor playroom outing, but here are just a few examples:
- Birthday parties!
- Parents' night out! This one might not be so much "gather" as "take turns leaving" but either way it's still a good idea that works well with an indoor playroom where kids can hang out and have fun while the grown-ups go out together! That way everyone gets time away from work/school/whatever else keeps them busy during the week; plus kids get quality time with their parents without having them distracted by other distractions like phones or computers (I'm looking at YOU Netflix!).
